Mussel Strains
In order to track the spread of zebra mussel populations in Minnesota, we have genotyped mussels from across the state and from potential source populations in the Great Lakes or other states. In addition to a publication describing this work, we have developed an interactive website for exploring this data.
The Mussel Strains site can be accessed here: https://z.umn.edu/MusselStrains
TaG-EM
The Targeted Genetically-Encoded Multiplexing (TaG-EM) system uses genetically barcoded fly lines to enable sequencing-based measurements of multiplexed behavioral or genetic assays. TaG-EM barcodes can also be expressed tissue-specifically to label cells or tissues in vivo upstream of single cell transcriptomics experiments.

TaG-EM fly lines are available from the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center (stocks 99608-99627). Additional lines are available upon request.
REcount
Restriction Enzyme enabled counting (REcount) is a method for highly accurate DNA-sequencing-based quantification of sequence tags associated with engineered constructs.

InSITE
The Integrase Swappale In vivo Targeting Element (InSITE) system allows genetic conversion of a GAL4 enhancer trap line with another genetic effector.
InSITE fly lines are available from the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center:
InSITE Gal4 enhancer trap lines: https://bdsc.indiana.edu/stocks/gal4/insite.html

InSITE plasmids are available at Addgene.
